Todd is a superherp! My very treasured mailbox broke yesterday and legally the mailman cant deliver mail to a broken box. Todd was here within 10 minutes of my call and used his creative genius to make it like new! I am so impressed and I am making a list of all sorts of things big and small for him to fix! He is a gift!

I wasx pleased that Todd and his helper were able to come out within a day to remove an outdated ceiling fan in my great room and install a new, modern, remote controlled ceiling fan. They did a great job with a minimum of disruption and left everything as it was before installation. I would like to recommend Todd and his crew as A Good Handyman!

Todd was absolutely amazing! I called them on the holiday weekend and he was able to squeeze me in and come help us fix our garbage disposal. He even left us with a tool or if it happened again. Todd also checked in the following day to make sure that everything was working properly. We will be calling him again for any future services!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give fair prices based on each job. I prefer to see the job first before I give a price depending on what it is. If I quote a price it is subject to inspection, meaning if I do quote a price without seeing the job, I will take a look at it and confirm the price before I begin any work. Plumbing and electrical are priced higher than lower skilled tasks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I discuss your project with you to determine the scope of the work and find out if you have everything already purchased that will be needed for the installation. I will discuss my fees with you and schedule a day and time to come out and complete the job that is most convenient for you
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psychology and Business, LOL. I also have been a handyman for the last 6 years with over sixty 5 star reviews on other lead sites. I have recently joined Thumbtack because they are a much better source for me and share similar values.
