My rates are $150 per hour with a two hour minimum plus material cost(15%-20% markup). If customer chooses to provide parts, I do not guarantee the parts, though I do guarantee the workmanship involved when installing. I also offer some services that are a flat rate such as water monitoring devices, gas seismic valve installs, and any larger jobs, such as gas, sewer, or water repipes and underground work. An estimate can typically be provided virtually with a few pictures and description of work to be performed.
