I also offer some services that are a flat rate such as water monitoring devices, gas seismic valve installs, and any larger jobs, such as gas, sewer, or water repipes and underground work. An estimate can typically be provided virtually with a few pictures and description of work to be performed.

Typically I can provide a bid with a description or picture over the phone prior to arrival. For service such as drain snaking, in wall repairs, valve replacements, ect., I charge an hourly rate + the cost of materials. Larger jobs and underground repairs are a set bid with a range depending on unfortold circumstances... I offer discounted rates for jobs that go smoother than anticipated and positive reviews.
