Raul was punctual and repaired a PowerRise shade for us that needed an external attachment added to repair it that Hunter Douglas sent to us. The window is at the top of a 20ft wall, over a staircase and Raul navigated it easily. Job well done and we've already requested him again for another job.

I had some small cracks in my old windows and wanted to repair them without changing the vintage wooden frames. Arita came quickly to help me. He fixed the issue with one window frame falling down quickly, then gave me a fair quote for replacing the window panes for the cracked windows. After I gave him the deposit to order the replacement glass, there were many storms for several months. But Arita came back to complete the glass replacement for my 3 windows as soon the weather stabilized. He and his partner completed the replacement to the quality I requested at a fair cost. They were responsive, responsible and conscientious throughout the work. I highly recommend them for your window repair needds.

It's so refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work. Raul and crew did a wonderful job in repairing my double pane window. I contacted 3 other so-called window repair companies, and none of them showed up. I guess a small job like mine wasn't a big money maker for them. Small jobs sometimes lead to bigger jobs in the future. In the future, I'll be calling Raul and his crew.
