- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I don't have standard pricing in place. Each job has its own unique challenges and requires additional information before settling a price, it depends on the needs of the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making contact with the customer. We meet to discuss their vision how they see or what they expect from the job. I answer any and all questions or concerns they may have in regards to their event. After hearing what they would like to accomplish I offer ways to effectively accomplish their expectations and offer creative possibilities. I explain what they can expect and give a timeline relevant to the production to the best of my ability. I then ensure the customer and ask if they are comfortable with the production process. Lastly we make sure that all details are covered and finalize a plan to the our of best of our ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Degree in Film and Television. I've taken various courses over the years and have stayed abreast of the latest technologies in the industry.
