Solar Panel Cleaning
We needed to have our solar panels and windows cleaned as they were covered in sticky ash from the fires. Teodor responded to our phone call and indicated a possible price range from a satellite view of our home. He arrived on the appointed day. He checked our gutters and downspouts before beginning and suggested they be cleaned as there were a lot of pine needles. This was consistent with our observation of a lot of needles falling into our yard. We agreed on a price. He did an excellent job cleaning all the solar panels and we saw an immediate increase in solar capture the next day. The windows are now a joy to look through. Teodor was also very pleasant to work with and completed everything to our satisfaction.

Solar Panel Cleaning
Just had our filthy solar panels cleaned after all the fires this year as well as all exterior windows and screens. Theo does fantastic work. Everything shines like new. Arrived early, hardly even knew he was here. Punctual, affordable and excellent quality. Plus a really nice guy! Highly recommend!

Teodor was an excellent communicator who suggested rescheduling our cleaning until after the smoke and ash had cleared. He did such an excellent job, cleaning our windows (inside and out). He also cleaned our gutters and solar panels.
He is very thorough, window cleaning included the screens and tracks. He is professional, and polite. We give him the highest recommendation!

Teo is experienced and professional. He communicates effectively in the event there are changes in the project. He washed our solar panels, cleaned the gutters and washed the windows inside and out and also the screens. We’re very pleased with the results.
If you’re looking for a bargain he’s not your guy. I’ve been down the bargain route with other contractors in the past and was not satisfied. Teo is not inexpensive but he is fair. I felt that I got good value for the price I paid. I would recommend him to anyone and will have him come back again.
