Introduction: I teach a Filipino martial art called Balintawak Arnis, sticks and open-hand. I incorporate physical training as a part of the class. I am a fitness expert with over nine years in the health field and "practice what I preach."
In my classes, you will not only get fit physically but also mentally and spiritually. You will get to know the limits of your body better than you could've ever imagined. Plus, learn an ancient martial art and self-defense techniques.
