I had a washing machine that needed to be diagnosed for making loud noises during the spin cycle and Safro Solutions technician carefully looked at all parts while testing its operation and properly diagnosed the problem and concluded the machine needed to be replaced due to unavailable parts. I was completely satisfied with his report and felt confident of his conclusion and would call him again for future troubleshooting

Had Igor help with a Frigidaire dishwasher that has been making a grinding noise. He identified the problem and part needed in about 10 minutes, then came back and installed then part including testing and checking for leaks in about 20 minutes. Very happy his work.
