Pricing is based on the size of the property, level of detail, and access. I always keep it transparent. I also offer better rates for repeat services and combined jobs.

I review the property, provide a clear quote, and explain what’s included. On the day of service, I arrive on time, complete the work carefully, and make sure everything looks clean and finished before leaving.
