- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most people check the "airbrushed" category and not realizing that airbrushed makeup is a lot more expensive and most times unnecessary. However, my experience with Luxury makeup lines, gives me the ability to make it appear airbrushed, without the expensive price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new clients I do a lot of listening and observation. Most times people come in knowing what they wish to achieve, my job is to achieve it, and give you tips along the way. I also do a lot of skin analysis and explaining what works for their skin type.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a makeup artist have had the opportunity to hone my skills, which includes working on National events w/ International Lancôme artists. These are the artists who provide makeup applications for Lancôme USA; working with clients such as Penelope Cruz. I learned a lot from them! I am constantly updating myself on the latest trends and products that could be beneficial for my clients.
