Introduction: No one can teach you to be talented. You have to have a gift to begin with. And we all do. All anyone can teach you is how to use your gifts, find your confidence and combine them so you can present the best version of yourself. I started acting in Brooklyn when I was in grade school. I had a big voice and I was hard to ignore. In junior high I started public speaking for our school. One of my teachers suggested (strongly) that I apply and audition for the High School of Performing Arts in New York (yes, the real one and I was in the original movie "Fame"!) I ended up going to and graduating from PA as we called it. I went on to receive my BFA with honors from SUNY Purchase Conservatory in White Plains, New York. I Had my first professional acting job as a contract player on “As the World Turns”. Then “All My Children” and “Days of Our Lives”. I guest starred on “Seinfeld” twice (two separate characters), “The Nanny”, “Mad About You”, “NYPD Blue” just to mention a few. Also starred in 6 TV Pilots and had lead roles of Broadway in “The Racket” and at the Folger Shakespeare Theatre in Washington D.C. in “The Mandrake”. And with all I have done in my career none of it would have been possible if I didn’t audition and present well. Learning how to interpret scripts and get to the heart of your character is crucial to your performance. In public speaking, learning how to form what you want to say and present it in a concise, confident manner is crucial to your performance. In acting, through studying the role and making definitive choices for your character you will show everyone in the room that you are the ONE. You need to learn how to “take the room” when you enter it. You can turn your nerves into actions that calm you and focus you on the character. You need to understand that the producers, directors and casting people you will be auditioning for WANT you to get the role. They are hoping that you will be the one so their search is over. They are actually rooting for you! Trust me, I know that it doesn’t feel that way but it’s true. They want you to blow them away and make them feel confident that you are the best choice for the role. I can teach you how to present the best version of yourself and your character. There are times (as we all know!) you won’t get the role because the director will have a different vision of the character. But I promise you if you use the tools that I teach you, you will be remembered and called back for different roles just based on your confidence and the strength of your audition. When public speaking, it's important to remember it is your time - TAKE IT! If you are presenting at work they WANT to hear what you have to say. That is why you have your job. You deserve to be heard! And with friends and family, you need to find your true voice so you can express what you are thinking or feeling. Any time you speak, you are showing the world who you are. Ask yourself, "when I am speaking, no matter where or when, how do I want to present myself?" With the following questions we will discover the best way to get to the heart of the character or your presentation and we will make you stand out at any audition or work/social situation! 1. What is the scene about? / What message are you trying to convey? 2. What does your character want in the scene? / What do you want to say? 3. What are the things that you and your character have in common that you can use in the scene? / What do you have in yourself to bring to the table? 4. How are you going to portray what your character wants using your own strengths? / What are your strengths? Are you good at what you do? You need to let them know that you are! 5. How are you going to command the room and let them know that you mean business? We will work on all of these important points. Together we can build your confidence and your resume! FYI, I work with 100% of my clients remotely (FaceTime, Skype and Zoom) and if you read my reviews you will see that it is very successful. I charge $120 for an hour session and $75 for a half hour session and I just want to be upfront about this so please read: I do have a SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY. I will expect payment for our session if you cancel the same day barring any emergency situation or illness, of course. So I prefer if you cancel the day before our appointment so I have the time to fill your spot. Thanks, Tracy

I messaged Tracy in regards to acting lessons and within 15mins she responded. She was fast, clear and concise. And even offered to give me a free FaceTime call to get to know me and see if we were the right fit. She was prompt and on time for our call the next day and filled with energy and life. I can’t wait to work with Tracy because of her positive criticism and CAN DO attitude! She is definitely someone you want on your team and will push you to be better everyday!

As someone who has never had an acting lesson before, I definitely chose right when choosing Tracy to be my teacher. I was super nervous and Tracy made sure I knew she was here to help me and not to judge. Tracy has been super helpful in walking me through this process and I would definitely recommend her!
