I was delighted that Marlon came within a couple of hours of the time that I called. He identified my problems and offered solutions that he was able to implement on the spot. He was thorough and fast. It was such a relief. Rats had taken up residence in my garage, which is separate from the house. He treated the entire area in and around the garage and then, at my request, he inspected my house and found several potential access points for rodents and treated them. I had an excellent experience with this pest control company. The technician was extremely professional, punctual, and responsive. He came out the same day I called, quickly identified where the rodents were getting in, and thoroughly sealed all the entry points. The work was completed efficiently without cutting corners, and he took the time to explain everything along the way. It’s hard to find someone who is both knowledgeable and reliable, but this team exceeded my expectations. Extremely impressed with Marlon! He is not afraid of hard work. He removed a beehive colony behind the stucco. He didn't just bust it open haphazardly, but very meticulously to minimize the damage. He sealed up all the openings where rats can enter the house and removed a family of skunks living in the crawlspace under my rental.
WITHOUT hesitation, I would hire him again. An extemely hard worker.

Highly Recommend Marlon – 10/10!

I am so glad I trusted my instincts and hired Marlon. I am beyond relieved and grateful that we found him through Thumbtack. We were so worried that we had yet another home maintenance issue to deal with, but Marlon’s solution in how to address it, fair pricing, project plan, and future proofing gave us confidence that we had found the right team for this job.

Before hiring him, I had estimates from three other pest control companies on Yelp, but none of them gave me confidence that they would truly solve our rat problem or help prevent it from happening again. Most of them only wanted to treat one specific area without taking the time to inspect the entire property or explain why the infestation happened in the first place. Others were termite or pest specialists and didn’t quite understand this problem sufficiently.

Marlon was completely different.

He thoroughly inspected the entire exterior perimeter of our home, identified how and why the rats were getting in, pointed out vulnerable areas we never would have noticed, and explained exactly what needed to be done immediately to eliminate the problem. He also took the time to educate us as homeowners on preventative measures we could take to greatly reduce the chances of another infestation. That level of care and attention was something none of the other companies offered.

Marlon and his assistant were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking. Communication through both Thumbtack and text was fast, clear, and convenient throughout the entire process.

What impressed me most was that Marlon genuinely cared about solving the problem correctly, not just finishing the job. He went above and beyond to rodent-proof vulnerable areas, remove nesting material, seal entry points, disinfect, install preventative measures, and make sure we understood every step along the way. He never rushed us, answered every question patiently, and treated our home like it was his own.

We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and finally have peace of mind knowing the major vulnerabilities around our home have been addressed.
