Technician was great! Arrive within the time frame provided. Was honest and suggested not to repair due to it not being worth it due to how old my washer was, saving me a good amount of $, just to have to get new ones in the end. My combo is about 16yrs old so it time to retire them. Would recommend and use again on any of my other appliances.
