Sergei was the first pro to respond to my request. He was able to come to my house on Christmas Eve within an hour after our conversation. My dryer was not producing any heat and he was able to fix the problem within a few hours and the final bill was very reasonable. I appreciate the fact that Pro Tech’s Service Call is free. I highly recommend Sergei, he was professional and was kind to our nosy dogs that seemed to want to supervise his work 😆. Thank you for a job well done.
