I had a great experience with UG Appliance Repair. Im in Van Nuys next to Van Nuys Blvd and my washer wasn’t draining, so I called them, because they have great reviews. Eugene arrived much sooner than I expected. He came fully prepared with the necessary parts, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the washer on the spot.
The price was very fair, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I really appreciate Eugene’s expertise and excellent customer service.
