We had a leak in our washer, and Tony came out the same day. We are located in Sherman Oaks area and very difficult to find reliable appliances repair company, but we are lucky to got UG Appliance here. Tony very professional, honest, and efficient. Manager very responsive and speaks English very well, I believe his name is Dan. I highly recommend UG Appliance for any appliance repair needed!

I had a great experience with UG Appliance Repair. Im in Van Nuys next to Van Nuys Blvd and my washer wasn’t draining, so I called them, because they have great reviews. Eugene arrived much sooner than I expected. He came fully prepared with the necessary parts, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the washer on the spot.
The price was very fair, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I really appreciate Eugene’s expertise and excellent customer service. I had an excellent experience with UG Appliances. My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped cooling, and they were able to schedule me quickly. The technician, Leo, arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.
He carefully diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a way I could understand, and repaired the refrigerator the same day. He worked efficiently, left the area clean, and the fridge has been running perfectly ever since.
