These guys are AMAZING.…before my very own eyes I watched my 10 year old carpet look like new again!! They were also extremely professional, kind and polite I would rate them 10 stars if I could, I cannot recommend them highly enough!! I will never go anywhere else for carpet cleaning again. ❤️

They showed up earlier than scheduled. My adult daughter was home and expecting them. The older gentleman was quite rude and obnoxious and insisted on increasing our agreed upon price of $59 each for (2) 8x 10 area rugs, and $79 for (1) 9 x 12 area rug. This was agreed upon in writing via our text messages. When he and the young man arrived, the older gentleman argued with my daughter insisting on giving us the works - shampoo, deep cleaning, sanitizing, steam for $400. We never agreed to that amount. When we spoke on the phone, I told the older gentleman that the price of $197 rounded up to $200 will work for me. All I want is a steam cleaning for all three rugs. Nothing less nothing more. I thought we had an understanding, but he actually got an attitude with my daughter and insisted on the $400 job. My daughter told him if he didn't want to stick to the original agreement, he could leave and we'll find someone else. Then, he had a change of attitude and said ok $250. My daughter said "no" my mom agreed to the original price of $197. My daughter was so frustrated with him that she called me as I was driving to my appointment. He wanted to speak to me too, so he got on the phone and was talking so fast that I couldn't understand what he was saying. I told him to follow whatever instructions my daughter gives him. He finally agreed to the original price of $200. He did a good job (well the young man did all the work. The older gentleman just stood around on his iPhone). The rugs turned out good. They looked fresh and clean. I was satisfied. But, I will never ever hire him again. He's too combative and money hungry!
