FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages start at $1000.00. But remember the average price of $1200.00 DJ means he's probably a part time DJ (do the math), unless he lives at home with his parents. As I stated at the top you want a full time DJ for your wedding, not somebody who is learning on your event in the hopes he can quit his day job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually have a meeting to discuss what they really are looking for, (besides price), and provide them with really good info. If they want to work with us, we present them with a contract, take a payment (check or credit card) and they are in our system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I as the owner of Tasty Sounds, have a BFA in Theater and a BA in Journalism. The theater degree really helps with the performance aspects as well as the production of events. I also like to talk about the 10,000 hours of practive to achieve Mastery of your profession.
