Jonathan showed up the next day, repaired our drywall ceiling, new section of drywall, smoothed out with drywall, mud, and painted, in a couple of hours. It was great, he was happy, friendly, and just an all around good person.

Firstly, to make my work clear to him, the conditions of the work and how the process will be carried out to finish the work and be able to reach a fair price for both, both for the client and for me.
