I scheduled an appointment to get a project bid. Contractor did not show up. When I called "George", he said he sent "the guy" and would call him. I never heard back from either one. In my opinion, if they are this irresponsible when they are trying to get business, how much more irresponsible will they be when the contract is signed. I wanted to have the tile in my laundry room replaced with granite. It was a small job, and some companies declined the job. But Eddie came right out, gave me a bid, competitive pricing and within a few days his crew was scheduled. The guys came out, demo'd my old tile, removed sink, fabricated the granite and installed all on the same day! They did a great job, and I would definitely recommend Axis!Mar 29, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have have the price match guaranty and Our cabinets are installed with a granite or Quartz counter tops backed with a 100% satisfaction guaranty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would like to take my time and go to there in person to see the job site first. Then I have a better idea what I have to do. If I can have a one on one conversation with the customer is a lot better. Then I can advise them to the process of the job. Everything is done at no charge to customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an engineering degree and I have been in home improvement business since 2001
