- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have have the price match guaranty and Our cabinets are installed with a granite or Quartz counter tops backed with a 100% satisfaction guaranty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to take my time and go to there in person to see the job site first. Then I have a better idea what I have to do. If I can have a one on one conversation with the customer is a lot better. Then I can advise them to the process of the job. Everything is done at no charge to customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree and I have been in home improvement business since 2001
