My pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and time required for each project. I provide clear estimates upfront so there are no surprises. Any changes or additional work are discussed and approved before moving forward. My goal is fair pricing that reflects quality workmanship and reliable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an initial conversation to understand the customer’s needs, goals, and budget. Then I review the space, provide a clear scope of work and estimate, and answer any questions before starting. Once approved, I schedule the job, keep the customer updated throughout the project, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? My training is a combination of formal requirements, on-the-job experience, and ongoing learning in construction methods, materials, and best practices. I stay up to date with local codes, safety standards, and industry guidelines to ensure every project is done correctly and professionally.
