- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear and transparent pricing. Our proposals include a detailed scope of work so customers understand what is included before construction begins. Pricing depends on the project size, materials, existing conditions, and level of finish. We provide free consultations and estimates for qualifying projects, and any changes or additional work are discussed and approved before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand the project, budget, goals, and timeline. From there, we schedule an on-site consultation, review the existing conditions, and prepare a detailed proposal. Once approved, we coordinate materials, scheduling, construction, inspections when applicable, and project management through completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from more than 12 years of hands-on construction and project management. We work with experienced tradespeople and stay familiar with current construction methods, materials, building requirements, and industry standards. We are also fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
