I’ve hired John of Jammed Plumbing and Rooter twice now. He’s a professional who’s gone through all of the correct training and has paid his dues. That said, having paid his dues, he doesn’t pass the costs onto his clients. His bid on the first job was 40% of what others wanted AND he was able to explain how the part’s previously used (and recommended by others) were incorrect and why. That was two months ago. So-far, problems with his work (which he guarantees). The second job he did was expensive but still I’m convinced that others would charge twice as much. I trust John fully and recommend him!
