Ruslan and his worker at Big Repair responded to me immediately and said that they could take care of my problem. Ruslan was very punctual, polite and professional. He showed me the reason why I was having trouble with my front door; it was hard to open, close and lock it. He also gave me two options to have it repaired, the first option I chose was perfect and I was able to easily open and close my front door without any strain or force. I'm so glad that it was Big Repair that contacted me first, I was more than pleased with their work, which was quiet and efficient. Ruslan and his worker were very presentable young men.
