Introduction: I have always been efficient in the 'time-saving' department. Being receptive to a work load and immediately determining how to make the process quicker and easier with the same amazing results is my specialty. We are prepared to clean up behind you especially during a move as we know how important it is to get your deposit back! (if renting). Being requested for services at the last minute receives customers of the stress associated with moving out in a hurry. I truly do enjoy organizing and cleaning. Doing it correctly and effectively can result in a transformation. A clean organized space for customers puts them at ease so that they can focus on everything else like family, working, cooking, entertaining, etc.

First of all, Maria Kemp is one of the most professional individuals I've ever met. She thoroughly explained what her company offered with regards to move in/move out services. I was relocating to New York, and needed my townhouse in Woodland Hills cleaned and ready to either lease or sell. Maria came and assessed how long and what it would cost in less than 15 mins. She stated it would take about 4 -5 hrs. It took less time, however she did such a perfect job, I paid and tipped her an additional 20%. She arrived ahead of her scheduled time, brought coffee & pastries, asked if I had some errands to run in case I did not want to be there. I did leave for about an hour, when I returned she was still cleaning and not making a mess. She uses products that are environmentally preferable. No strong odors or damaging chemicals. Everything was cleaned (i.e. picture frames, knickknacks, fans, lamps, baseboards, etc). I cannot logically think of anything that could have been improved. I have recommended her to several friends, and would continue to use her with several other properties that I own.

First let me start off that YES , I'm related but it has nothing to do with the service that I recieved. Second , I'm a bachelor so if I see an empty space , clothes are going to be tossed there and there's enough to go boxes laying around and in my fridge . Maria's cleaning was GREAT !!! From the kitchen to my bedroom , may look like your 50's cleaning lady hen she arrives but it gets the job done . Plus she uses all - natural (Green) products . Made me literally want to eat off my floor ! Lol . But check her out !

I have used cleaning services in the past, so I know what to expect, however... Maria Kemp Has exceeded anything I have ever experienced. She comes on time, most importantly when she finishes my house is spotless. She cleaned everything I asked to clean and then went a step further,, things that needed attention that I neglected to the point out were cleaned. each cleaning feels like the first as if she was trying to win my business every time she cleans.

When I met Maria Kemp, I was extremely impressed by her vibrant attitude, her immense knowledge regarding cleaning, and her incredible organizational skills. I live in Encino. I have a historical & very quaint home near the Los Encinos State Park. Maria assessed not only what I would require to clean, but also offered to help organize my 2 offices & purge some unnecessary belongings that were just clutter. She goes above your expectations with an very imaginative flair. I would recommend her services without hesitation. She exceeded my expectations by 100%.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I prefer to use natural/organic cleaning products, so I do a lot of product testing at home with new things that come out, and minimal research on safe industrial products for both home and office should I choose to expand to commercial properties. Its always great to be one step ahead.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I grew up with severe indoor and outdoor allergies, but mostly indoor. It wasn't until I decided to go to an allergist to get a diagnosis and treatment. Due to my results, I was told that I should live in a bubble. I was on allergy shots and nasal spray for 2 years and threw myself into cleaning and allergy proofing my home, my family's homes, and the homes of others. Learning that dust build up and other germs can be left from previous tenants in rentals, I chose to specialize in 'move-out' cleaning, but also offer housekeeping and organizing for those who are too busy to do it, or simply for those who seek my services.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I most commonly do 'one-time' cleanings for individuals moving out of a residence. This of course results in referrals for their friends and family, and if they are pleased, quite naturally, they retain my services at their new place of residence as well.
