- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is our process with every customer: 1.) Initial Inspection (free of charge)- We like to tour the place before we start working on it. 2.) We will send you an Estimate with the Checklist of what we will be doing. Once approved by you. 3.) We will send you a Service Appointment confirmation via email/text with the names of people coming to work (and a photo of them) For new customers: When doing our Initial Inspection. We like to hear your expectations of us. We like to hear your dislikes and pet peeves while doing cleaning. And we also like to hear past experiences you've had to better serve you!

I got started few years ago. Being working as a Janitorial Cleaner at a big company. I realized provide the same services myself to my community!

Residential & Commercial clients have been our target!
