we had a water leak from our neighbors condo. it wasn't that much damage but it was creating a funny smell. We had john come over twice to inspect. He was very detailed and provided a quick estimate. We are getting one more estimate but we are definitely leaning towards going with dependable due to Johns professionalism

we are so thankful for john for coming out on a weekend when we had an emergency in our apartment. Even though they were not on out property management" go to " we called them due to the emergency. when it came to invoicing they worked with our manager and completed everything without any issues. our property management was so impressed they signed them up as a permanent vendor for our complex! Glad to have helped out a great company.
