I had water damage under my vanity which caused visual mold I called few different companies to give me a quote in the end and I choose dependable restoration they were very professional with explaining the process. John and the crew started the job in the very next day and their price was competitive

we had a water leak from our neighbors condo. it wasn't that much damage but it was creating a funny smell. We had john come over twice to inspect. He was very detailed and provided a quick estimate. We are getting one more estimate but we are definitely leaning towards going with dependable due to Johns professionalism
