We had water damage from a sewage back up they showed up ready to work and clean the mess quickly They also work directly with my insurance company which was great for me Thank you guys.

we are so thankful for john for coming out on a weekend when we had an emergency in our apartment. Even though they were not on out property management" go to " we called them due to the emergency. when it came to invoicing they worked with our manager and completed everything without any issues. our property management was so impressed they signed them up as a permanent vendor for our complex! Glad to have helped out a great company.

I had water damage under my vanity which caused visual mold I called few different companies to give me a quote in the end and I choose dependable restoration they were very professional with explaining the process. John and the crew started the job in the very next day and their price was competitive
