Right away, I liked working with Mike because of his courtesy and patience while explaining in detail what the job entails. You WILL know what you're getting. If you're looking for someone that will be on time and is a no nonsense kind of guy, Mike is the man at PRC construction. Mike from PRC completely restored my aging and deteriorating balcony. He did an outstanding job of identifying and repairing issues with the original structure and providing us with a beautiful, sturdy balcony that looks like new. Mike and his team were extremely professional and thorough. Mike took the time to explain each step of the process and communicated with me regularly. I needed to install skylight in my house. As I sent my inquiry to Thumbtack I chose Mike to give me an estimate. I immediately felt that I am in KNOWLEDGEABLE hands. He is patient, attentive, very thorough in his explanations. I knew I had wishes but did not know how to materialize them. Mike gave me pointers and reasons behind. My 2 skylights were installed in timely manner, on schedule. Mike covered the room and took care of my possessions before the job begun and cleaned the place up afterwards. Couldn't ask for better. I had Mike do tile work, Carpentry work, front door installation and he prepared my house for exterior painting. I was very satisfied for Mike and his crew. They did everything they committed to do and provided a good advice for future work to upgrade my home. Mike and his crew were very professionals and on time. I will have them come back to do more work for me in the future. I strongly recommend PRC constructions for anyone planning to do construction work or home improvements.

In my line of work it's hard to have standard pricing as every job is so different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my line of work I find it very important to first come to the job site meet the prospective client and get a feel for what they want done. Some know exactly what they want but if not am happy to offer suggestions if they are undecided. I take any necessary measurements and notes, then I go do my research for material and labor costs, I try to get a timely bid, this is all dependent on the job size and whats involved.
