I have been training with Justin for about four months now(2x a week). With the start of the pandemic and the gyms being closed I really needed someone to workout with, motivate me and really challenge me in order to meet my fitness goals. Justin has been a key component in my trajectory towards a self-sustained fitness lifestyle. Justin is a great trainer and I am loving my results. My initial goal was to lose some weight—I lost 13lbs so far—and at the start of August my goal has shifted to built some muscle mass. Justin has been able to provide/support me with nutritional goals and has adjusted our workouts to meet my new goals. I have never worked with a personal trainer before but now I find myself thinking why I haven’t had one sooner! Justin’s workouts have been challenging and have definitely pushed me physically without making me feeling inadequate. I look forward to continue working with Justin as I’m sure you would too.

What can I not say! Justin is a very knowledgeable, talented personal trainer. Since the gyms have closed, I needed to get back to my fitness goals and in no time he helped me get back to it and I feel GREAT! He not only takes the time to understand ones fitness needs, but is a genuine person to get along with. Phenomenal! And yes, he even meal preps for his clients 👏🏻 Definitely recommend if you’re trying to hit your next level.
