Scheduling an appointment was seamless—no complicated apps or back-and-forth hassle. I was able to book directly with the owner, who made the process straightforward and stress-free. To this day, I still schedule appointments through text, often on short notice, and the owner always finds a way to accommodate me, which makes my life so much easier. Now, let’s talk about the service. I’ll admit, the initial quote was the highest I’d ever received. At first, that gave me pause. But after experiencing their work firsthand, I can confidently say the price reflects the quality. Wild Willow’s attention to detail is unmatched, and every request I’ve made has been met without hesitation. Despite the slightly higher cost, I now consider Wild Willow my go-to gardener. The consistency and professionalism make the price well worth it, and the service is easily 5/5 stars. If you’re wondering whether I’d recommend them, the answer is an enthusiastic yes. We had some rains and the yard definitely needed weeding. He told us he'd come in the morning, but wasn't able to due to rains and it backing up his other jobs. So he came in the afternoon and stayed into the evening when the work was finished. Also gave some advice on how to stop our planters from getting too many weeds. Fair price and there are zero weeds ANYWHERE. Thank you!
