- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't do discounts. I put all my heart and commitment to all my committed students. I don't want to do discounts on my commitment either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) I listen to what my customer want, then I suggest what I think is possible to accomplish. 2) Do a series of exercise that allow me to quickly figure out the issues my customer has, maybe not even knowing of them. 3) Then start working on the most important ones. As time goes, correct all problems in the body.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience from Europe working in group fitness and professional skiers and hockey players… Another 20+ years of experience in US, first working with all kind of people, later more with senior athletes. I am certified as a performance coach and injury prevention specialist. Also I have a certification in plant-based nutrition. Besides all these, I constantly study and learn new things regarding the body, just from my pure curiosity about the subject.
