Introduction: STUDIO | SERESS is a photography studio, gallery, and indoor/outdoor events space right on Abbot Kinney. We are proud to offer the space for private parties, gallery showings, PR events, charity fundraisers, and any other such events after 6pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. As an added and unique offering, we can provide full photography services for your event including a photo booth, party portraits, and candid photographer, with a custom viewing website up within days. STUDIO | SERESS is approximately 1,800 sq ft. with a maximum capacity of 100. The outdoor space features a 700+ sq ft. open courtyard on street level with palm trees, benches and festive lighting. A wooden fence with gate separates the courtyard from the sidewalk of Abbot Kinney Blvd. The indoor gallery and portrait studio is a 575 sq ft. one-bathroom house converted for commercial use that sits on an elevated concrete riser. In front of and on the side of the house is an additional 525 sq ft. of outdoor space.
