Isabelle's Yoga & Meditation

Ancient Wisdom meets Modern Science. I am an experienced Yoga & Meditation Teacher with 20 years of teaching Energetic Vinyasa Flow™ Yoga in France, USA and India. I have a Ph.D in biology and pharmacy from Paris V Rene Descartes University. My intention is to facilitate and provide optimum health, vitality, intelligence, happiness and life integration for my students.I listen to them and read their bodies. I have a comprehensive background & knowledge in Vinyasa Flow, Tantra Yoga, Dance and Medicine. I customize a Yoga, Meditation and Wellness program for each of my private student and client to meet their needs. I also created "Yoga Massage", a hands on adjustments inspired by Rolfing, Yoga and Thai massage to relieve contractions and limitations in the body. I developed Stress Relief programs at UCLA. I speak several languages such as English, French, Spanish and Italian. I do enjoy helping people find freedom and space in their body, feeling vibrant, energized,calm and centered at once through the numerous practices of Yoga, breathing and meditation. I love to teach big groups of students as much as individual private sessions. I like to share the playfulness yet deep approaches of Yoga Vinyasa Flow and meditation. I love to travel the world and teach international retreats and workshops in Hawaii, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Bali, Costa Rica, California... I I like to meet new people and be able to be of service. I see Yoga teachings at large more than a physical and mental discipline. It is a set of tools for life to stretch & unfold our full potential therefore being happier. It can also be spiritual if one chooses.
