My wife and I just want to let everyone know that we hired Giani Construction to do a full bathroom renovation. From demolition, to a complete plumbing and electrical redo, replacement of all bathroom pieces including removing an aging shower stall for a luxurious soaking tub and shower combo. Tiling the floor and tub wall, adding recessed lightning, old fan replacement, old entry door replaced by a streamlined sliding door, custom tub niche, custom built-in decorative shelving, and custom vanity additions made for a total make over of our aging bathroom. We observed the various stages of construction, and Giani was always ready to discuss any questions we had and he made sure we were satisfied at every single step of the project. Working hand on hand collaboratively together with my wife and I on the layout plan and design steps, he was able to accomplish the modern bathroom dream that both of us envisioned together. The tub and shower combination is gorgeous and our master en-suite bathroom is stellar! The bathroom is truly a work of art, is like what you would see in high-profile magazines. We do believe that he is an artist at heart. Overall, Giani knew exactly what to do(even at tough situations...), very attentive to detail, and he is very honest and fair-priced. We are certain that the quality and attention to detail that he gave us exceeded what other general contractors would have provided. Giani's work was totally beyond our expectations and completed to our full satisfaction. We would highly recommend him for any one who needs bathroom work done.

I have hired Giani Construction for a complete bathroom remodeling and tile the floor. Our experience with Giani Construction was nothing but proffesional, trustworthy, on time and always cleaning up after each day of work. His experience in the lay-out and designing the bathroom was just absollutly remarkable. We are so pleased with the outcome of our moder bathroom. After a good research in order to hire a Bathroom remodeling Company for Remodeling our two Bathrooms, were finally able to make a good decision in hiring Giani Construction Home Remodeling. The phases of work performed in our home were the following: - Demolition, Trash Removal and Cleaning - Floor Plan Reconfiguration - Plumbing, Electrical, Light Framing, Water Proof Walls In Shower Areas, Drywall Install - Tile Installation ( Walls and Floors ) - Custom Cabinetry and Solid Surface Counter-Tops - All Finishing Fixtures Install including Jacuzzi Tub - Painting and Completion of the Two Bathrooms Giani and his crew were able to complete the two projects in the timely manner stated in the contract at reasonable price. Due to his experience they had NO problem following my customized Blue Prints and COMPLETING each phase of work to my satisfaction. Both Bathrooms EXCEEDED my Expectations. They are very professional, hard workers, on time and easy to communicate with. I would Highly Recommend Giani Construction and his crew to anybody looking to remodel or for any other projects. I hired Giani Construction on the basis of extremely favorable recommendations from other recent customers. The job was a difficult remodeling of a 50 year old, much neglected bathroom and powder room. Problems were encountered immediately: there were three previous floors all of which had to be excavated and refinished. In the course of this, bad sewer plumbing woes in the crawl space beneath the building were also uncovered. Giani Construction redressed these problems, including new plumbing along the sewer line, with the greatest dispatch. At every point, they were extremely helpful and knowledgable and went out of their way to accommodate our every wish: including travertine floors, shower stall and vanity counters, and the vanities themselves, all of which were beautifully done and on time. In addition, new lighting, paint jobs, and new toilets, hardware, etc., were sought out and found. I cannot recommend Giani Construction too highly and will be getting them to do another job for me in a couple of weeks.

Giani Construction worked with us to complete a very large project of a kitchen, breakfast nook and great room. The project ended up being more challenging than just the size, when we went move a metal support beam up into the ceiling to increase the visual size of the kitchen and ran into issues pulling permits with the city. Giani saw to it that other items were attended to during the delay and the project kept moving forward throughout the permit process. We also ran into issues when the granite for our center island countertop was found to have a crack that prevented it from being fabricated. Giani worked with the granite yard and fabricator to get us a new undamaged piece that we loved more than the first. Giani and his entire team were courteous, clean and had excellent attention to detail. The cabinetry work was top notch and turned out beautiful. Rarely do you run into contractors that actually show up when they say they will, return phone calls, and have excellent communication. Giani is the entire package. We are extremely happy with the end result. Our kitchen and great room are sophisticated and look like a showplace, but are still comfortable and inviting. We have just hired Giani Construction back to assist us with a new project - a bathroom remodel. I would definitely recommend him to others!
