- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Mai's Cafe is inspired and born directly from "old country" recipes of Mai's mother and grandmother infused with Hawaiian, Vietnamese and Asian homegrown flavors.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mai's Cafe historically caters lots of weddings, Hawaiian Luaus, Church Events and outdoor fairs and tradeshows.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Moorpark City College Multi Culture Festival was a few weeks ago and quite successful. There were more than 200 people that stopped by and tasted our specialties and cuisine. Over a time span of four hours Mai's Cafe at that outdoor event was an attractive and cultural edition to the College multi-cultural atmosphere.
