- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
>We don't just entertain we also give back to charity. 5 percent of the total goes back to one of three charities we work wiith. (still in process) >10% discount to all new clients >Pricing is a reflection of the whole process from day one to day of the event not just the hours of music played on the day of event witch total to about 3 times the music play time on the day of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
>Establish communication and exchange info >15-30 min meet up to explain and break down full an complete process from day 1 to the day of event, also establish and process contract as well as music worksheet >music worksheet help with creating timeline of day of event and also give Dj music style wanted to be played & must play songs on the day of event >client is able to reach and contact Dj all throughout the time right before event to change it give additional info for changes or tweaks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied music in the past, and even though I don't have a degree in music I am savvy about music and knowledgeable about most aspects of performing and executing all type of events. My love for music and my many years of experience is what keeps my thriving in this business.
