I've been taking classes with Kristin for two years and I just can tell good things about her. My English skills has been improved a lot since we started with the classes. She is very patient and gentle and made feel myself very confident since the first day. Every class I have something new to learn and as a native English speaker she has a lot of things to show and teach us. I totally recommend take classes with her, your life will change in may ways.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $40 an hour. If I travel, I will charge a fee. My clients might have to purchase some materials as well depending on what we are studying.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them first to understand their needs. I can do this over skype or zoom. My priority is to help my students reach their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by many English schools in four cities. I have gone through the Berlitz training, Inlingua training and several others. I have trained teachers. I have had 15 years of experience working with students of all ages. I have given accent reduction courses for Pacific Bell and to individuals as well. I have taken master level classes in phonetics at Florida International University and University of San Diego.
