- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer in person at their home or business, assess the plumbing issues they’re having. Educate them on the different options they have and then let them make a decision on what’s best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years in the plumbing field, I've done over 100 remodels so I know the ins and outs of plumbing from what's inside the walls to underneath the slab.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a father of three young children 25 years ago I needed to provide for them. When a childhood friend asked me to come work for his plumbing company and with no other job offers on the table I took him up on it. Now 27 years later my two sons now helping me keep in business.
