- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Guest should know that after the 5th time of our team cleaning your space we offer a 50% discount on all services. Keeping track of each visit will be up to the guest and will be needed to show prior to booking discounted cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with new client we will get to know your cleaning needs. We will do a good job of assessing what type of service best suites your situation. If its a fit we will confirm and go on to book cleaning date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in cleaning experience and have completed OSHA certified training in LOS ANGELES in 2019. We make sure all of our cleaners are compliant and up to standard before being hired.
