- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on how flexible timing of pet visits can be, if walks are needed, if medications are needed, location, and if you need me to stay overnight.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to come by and meet you and your animal(s), get a walk through of the house with any special instructions, and a run down of you and your pet's needs and preferences. We will discuss schedules and I can take a key that day or you can leave it for me the first day I arrive to sit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any education or training with animals. I've had cats my whole life, I've lived with a dog and have dog sat several times now.
