Francis was AMAZING!!! She was very warm and welcoming and it was very easy to talk to her. She asked me what look I wanted and she executed it perfectly! I have sensitive skin so she used the best products so I wouldn't break out. I don't wear a ton of makeup so my concern was feeling a heaviness on my face from primers, foundations, concealers, etc. Once she was finished, I was excited about the result and my face didn't feel heavy. I also opted for false lashes and she did a great job applying them. They lasted all throughout the day without any mishaps. She was more than just a makeup artist on my wedding day. I was the wedding planner in addition to being the bride so I had tasks to take care of throughout the day. I was unbelievably nervous but her calm demeanor helped me relax and stay focused on completing those tasks. She also gave great advice on how to keep the makeup in place throughout the day, how to stay calm as I walked the aisle, helped with hair flyaways and so much more! I loved her attitude, her professionalism and her pricing was reasonable and affordable. If I ever have another big event, she will be the one I call :)!

Finding and working with Frances for my wedding hair/makeup was a complete life-saver! She was extremely easy to communicate with, was well prepared, punctual, and determined to leave me with a look that I would be more than pleased with. Booking my consultation was a quick and painless phone call. She was mobile and came to my destination (for both consultation and day of). She made sure she was there early, ready for me to roll through at the last second as we were setting up. I absolutely LOVED my make up and ADORED my hairstyle for the night (which I had been worried about since I'm not blessed with amazingly plush hair. I received so many compliments on my hair!). Everything about the makeup/hair interaction went smooth and easy. Frances herself is funny, easy to understand and was so prepared that it helped keep me calm as it became closer and closer for the ceremony to begin and honestly, I can't thank her enough for that. I would absolutely book Frances for any event make-up/hair that I had in the upcoming future. Thank you, Frances! You made me look and feel like a beautiful lady on my big day!! (I'll try and update this with some pictures once I have them back from our photographer.)

Frances and Samantha did an amazing job! They saved me when the hair and makeup artist I originally hired backed out on me at the last minute. They were both very friendly and professional. They made me feel very calm and comfortable on my wedding day. They did exactly the hair and makeup style I wanted. I highly recommend them whether it be for a wedding or another big event.

Frances was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a small wedding ceremony with our parents, and I especially wanted our moms (and me!) to feel special and beautiful on our wedding day. I was a bit worried about finding a makeup artist that could work with our various skin tones, so finding someone that had a portfolio with a diverse clientele was very important to me. I love Frances's website/portfolio and her artistry with women of different ages and ethnicities. Frances and her colleague were professional, timely, and personable. We all felt very comfortable and assured that we were in competent hands. They did an amazing job with our makeup and hair. My mom was so cute, she kept commenting how she'd never done anything like this before and that she felt so beautiful (although, she has always been beautiful). :-) Thank you for making her, my mother in law, and myself feel so special on such a special day.

I had an incredible experience with Frances! She did my makeup for my wedding and it looked better than I could have imagined. She was delightful to talk with while she worked and her application was the most comfortable session I've ever had. She was professional, fun, and I felt really safe. Her kit was immaculate, she wore a mask, and she even gave me a little touch up kit with some powder and my lip color! I didn't even have a chance to do a test run with her and right off the bat on my super important day she totally nailed it. I can't recommend her highly enough. Photos when I get them back from the photographer : )

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on time the job itself, travel, cost of products, and insurance and licensing. I try to keep cost down because I want everyone to be able to have makeup and skin care within their reach. To apply makeup 1 hour Travel to and from 1 hour Cleaning and stocking kit before every job 1 hour Answering email, text per job 30 minutes plus This is just an idea on how I quote jobs. This is my full-time career and I love what I do. Thank you for making it possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to know if they have ever had a similar service before and if they have any allergies or upfront challenges we need to work around and accommodate for. Knowing what their goals are and getting to know them and their style is very important to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continued education is a must in the field of beauty with new products coming out everyday. Staying up with the latest trends and techniques to perfect our clients looks means I am learning everyday.
