I've been able to call on Jared many times. He's helped me deal with flooding from burst pipes and mold issues. He's a professional in every sense of the word. He has expert knowledge with my issues and he keeps me well-informed the entire time. He's also a great guy that will go out of his way to take care of his clients. He resolved my issues far faster than any other services I've used and the tenants were back into their residences sooner than expected. For me it was worth paying more for his services in order to reduce reconstruction costs and get the tenants back in sooner than we otherwise would have. I ended up saving a lot of money in the long run. He's the only professional I call when I have property damage issues.

I hired Jared to clean the dryer vent. Sounds simple, but it really was not. The vent was completely clogged with pet hair and lint, all 30 feet of it. He had to go into the attic to dismantle the vertical portion in order to access it. He did a complete cleaning. He recommended we replace the section of vent hose between the dryer and the wall. When we bought the new part, we had difficulty hooking it up. He very kindly came back and finished the job. Great guy. Great job. Thanks, Jared.
