Introduction
We provide dog walking services for all breeds. Whether your dog needs a quick 15 minute potty break or prefers a longer stroll through the park, we’re happy to spend time with your pooch while you’re away! We also provide pet sitting services for your cats, rabbits, and all of your other furry friends!
Pit Stop Dog Walking & Pet Care was started with the intention of providing top caliber pet care for all animals. We are advocates of training and structure, and believe that animals thrive with a few rules, some boundaries and lots of love and attention.

I was extremely pleased with the service my dogs received from Pit Stop Dog
Walking and Pet Care! Marnae sent me pictures and texts during the time
she spent with my dogs and that provided me with a great sense of ease and
trust. Upon returning home, I could tell that my dogs were very happy that
they had an outing with Marnae! She is very easy to work with and was very
cooperative with our schedule! I will definitely use her in the future! I
recommend her to anyone who loves their dogs and wants the best pet care
for their animals!

I'm new to the area and don't know anyone around here I would trust or ask to feed my cats while I'm away, so I was in a bit of panic when a spontaneous week-long trip came up and I needed someone to feed my 2 cats. I originally found Marnae and Pit Stop Dog Walking and Pet Care through a Google search which led me to Thumbtack. She responded quickly to my request and even though she's located about 15-20 miles away, she was fine traveling to Thousand Oaks every day to feed my cats at a GREAT price. (Luckily she has other clients in the area). We met beforehand, so I could make sure it felt right and that the cats could get to know her. My cats are notoriously shy around strangers, but one of them was already coming out for some petting/rubbing during the first 10 minutes she was here.
Marnae did a great job making sure they were fed and cleaning out the litter box and she sent me some photos and text updates everyday which reassured me that they were in good hands. I would definitely use her services again and would recommend her to anyone in the Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, Conejo Valley area who needs a professional and affordable pet sitter! I'm sure you'll be satisfied with her services and your pets will love her too!

We used pit stop dog walking& pet care for the first time and are so happy! The girls are so nice and clearly love animals. I was nervous leaving my pups. The girls were great at sending pictures and text. We got to get away without worrying. We will be using them a lot more. Very professional, and trustworthy .
