We had a problem with subterranean termites coming through a crack in the concrete slab floor. Having previously having a pin hole leak in a copper water line in the same area, we were concerned about hitting a water or gas line where drilling to attack the termites. Steve ordered a sensor to determine where the various lines were run under the slab. Their help and concern was greatly appreciated, and I highly recommend them for any termite and pest control. D. All guard did a wonderful job for our termite inspection, which was free, as well as our fumigation. Fumigation process was super easy, scheduling it was not a problem. They gave us plenty of bags to pack up our food as well as detailed instructions on how to do it. The company did everything possible to save our plants around the house and they were very clean inside our home. I would highly recommend their service to others!

I am a homeowner in Thousand Oaks. I hired Allguard Termite & Pest Control for a termite inspection and ant control. The folks that answered the phone were courteous and the technician John who came to my property was very knowledgeable and obviously experienced at what he does. Like the Web site states, they were very affordable compared to others, and I'm highly satisfied with Allguard.
