I don't ever write reviews, as a matter of fact I never have.
This experience was amazing, I spoke to Jim several times on the phone regarding the work I needed done witch by the way was a very small job.
With my work schedule its nearly impossible for me to get away weekdays during business hours.
Last Friday I was on the phone with Jim again and he offered to help me Saturday afternoon.
I took what I needed to his studio and he did the work I needed as I waited. People just don't do that kinda thing anymore.
I needed his work emailed to me, he did it while I was still there to assure I got it and could open it without any problems.
Above and beyond my expectations.

Jim did an excellent job creating a basketball highlights tape from multiple sources ( 2 years of games). His creativity and professional abilities created a product that flowed as if you were watching a game in progress (no fades or disruptions) while you knew who you were intended to watch. Excellent product by a professional and customer oriented person. I highly recommend Jim.
