FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, customized pricing based on the size, location, and coverage needed for your event. Wedding photography and videography packages are tailored to each couple, depending on hours of coverage, number of photographers/videographers, and any add-ons such as engagement sessions, highlight films, or extended coverage. There are no hidden fees, and we provide clear package options so you can choose what works best for your event and budget. Travel within most Southern California areas is typically included, and we’ll always discuss any special requests or additional services upfront. Discounts may be available for bundled photography + videography packages, weekday weddings, or smaller events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to keep everything clear and stress-free. First, we provide a personalized quote based on the details of your event. Once you're ready to move forward, we send over a photography and/or videography agreement outlining the coverage, deliverables, and terms. To secure the date, we require a small deposit along with the signed agreement. After booking, we schedule a phone call to go over your event timeline, important moments you want captured, and any special details so we’re fully prepared for your celebration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands-on experience in professional photography and videography, with a strong focus on weddings and live events. We’ve developed our skills through real-world event coverage, ongoing training in camera techniques, lighting, and editing, and by working with a wide range of cultural and traditional celebrations. We also stay current with industry trends, cinematic filming techniques, and modern editing styles to ensure our work remains timeless, natural, and high quality. In addition to technical training, our experience photographing and filming American, Mexican, Indian, Pakistani, and Middle Eastern weddings has given us a deep understanding of the traditions, timelines, and key moments that are important to each celebration.
