Technician was very quick to respond to request for a quote and he was able to provide me with same day service. He had all the necessary parts on his truck and was able to diagnose and repair machine the same day. I will definitely use this technician again for any appliance repair needs I may encounter. He was also very informative about the machine and it’s unique care instructions.

Matthew contacted me shortly after I searched for repair assistance. he offered to my appt the next day, I told him I was trying to get it done that day, told if I couldn't I would call back. The next day he followed up to see if my problem was resolved. problem didn't get solvedso he offered to come repair my dryer. He has great customer service, explains what is wrong and gives you the damage part. Best if all he's friendly and price was fair.

My dryer was not getting hot and I made the phone call to City and he was at my house within 45mins the same day. He was very efficient and repaired my dryer and let me know if i needed any help he would help and he did!! I give them a 10!!!
