Brittney thank you for seeing our vision which was “different” but still a wedding and you NAILING IT! We had our wedding at March Field Air Museum. My now husband LOVE Military Airplanes! We had our Ceremony on the patio where the aircraft’s are stationed the Reception in the Hangar; with that being said, we needed a Pro who’s optimistic, fun, visionary, realist, and professional Brittney you withstood this list and more! How do you decorate a museum? ask Brittney! Want to give her zero stars. I was really disappointed in this planner. Horrible attitude! She did absolutely NOTHING to warrant her fee. Complete waste of time and money. I am completely baffled that she makes a living doing this. Buyer beware!!

Hi Cynthia, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am truly sorry that you were so dissatisfied with your event and experience. Although, there was an issue with me wearing a mask and know it made it difficult to hear what I saying at times, I felt it was necessary to be cautious for the safety of myself and your guests. With Royal Event Planning, professionalism and positive attitude is always given! I am always friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible. I greeted any guests that arrived early and made sure to be respectful of the home and the homeowner as well. Although I was only hired for decorations, I was able to get a bartender vendor to you and gave updates to their arrival as well as assisting your DJ. As for pricing, my fee was discussed continuously throughout the booking and planning process and you were provided with details of what was included and those details were executed. There was a constant line of communication between us from the initial quote given in May to the revised quotes given in June up until the event day. Before leaving set up, I asked for your thoughts on the set up, as Royal Event Planning always ensures to not leave set up of an event until customer is satisfied. When asked, You stated you only wished the balloons were a darker green but it’s okay since the set up was done. I asked if anything else was needed from me before I left the event and you stated no and asked me to pick up items the next day which I stated no problem. During pick up the next day, I spoke with another guest that attended the event and who was also the homeowner and he stated to me it was a great event and everything look great and was appreciative of the work that was done. He also stated the bartender was great as well. Therefore this review defiantly comes as a surprise but Again, I do sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with the outcome, as with every event Royal Event Planning strives to provide the best service possible for each and every client! As always, Royal Event Planning wishes you and yours the best and hopes Mom to be has healthy baby and safe delivery 💜 Thank you for your business.
