Fortunately, a friend recommended JD Junk, and after my initial call with them, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and kindness—I decided to book them on the spot. They kept me updated with a text when they were nearby, which I really appreciated. Upon arrival, they confirmed exactly what needed to be removed and got straight to work. I was especially grateful for their attention to detail; they double-checked before tossing items, ensuring nothing important was mistakenly removed. They even found and safely set aside keys they discovered during the process. Moving is already a stressful experience, and I felt a bit embarrassed needing the extra help, but their professionalism and efficiency made the process so much easier. We had another company come out from Facebook to clean our yard a few months back. They told us they’d clean everything up. Cut up some dead plants and take them out from the roots. Came home and seen the company left all the brush on the side of our house with the response that they didn’t agree to remove all plants. HD JUNK OUT came out this morning and hauled it all for me at a very reasonable price. I only expected them to remove all the plants and branches. They took it a step further by raking all excess foliage that was left over from the recent high winds. They were quick, responsive and thorough. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a quick pickup! Thanks again! Will be using them again when needed
