- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing simple and upfront. Most jobs are based on volume (how much space your junk takes up), plus labor and disposal. We offer free estimates and same-day quotes. No hidden fees what we quote is what you pay. We also give discounts for repeat customers, bulk jobs, and referrals. Minimum load pricing applies for small jobs.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on work in junk removal, hauling, and property cleanouts. We’re trained in safe lifting, proper disposal practices, and customer service. We also stay up-to-date with local regulations for waste handling to make sure everything is done legally and responsibly.
